Look after VIP guests and corporate clients for a group of high-end restaurants.
Build client relationships, provide a personal and high-quality experience, and grow repeat business.

Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with VIP guests, corporate clients, and key accounts.
- Handle VIP reservations, special requests, private dining, and events as the main client contact.
- Coordinate with restaurant, kitchen, and service teams to deliver personalized guest service.
- Maintain VIP guest details, preferences, and visit history to personalize future experiences.
- Find corporate clients and business opportunities and grow sales and repeat bookings.
- Follow up after visits or events, collect feedback, and resolve problems promptly and politely.
- Report client activity, sales, and feedback to the line manager and perform other related tasks.
Qualifications
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in client relations, sales, or account management.
- Experience in a high-end restaurant, hotel, or luxury hospitality business is preferred.
- Very good spoken and written English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Professional manner, good communication skills, and discretion with guest information.
Pay and benefits
- Starting package: SAR 6,000 plus a free room, transportation, and one duty meal, or SAR 8,000 for a full live-out package.
- Pay is SAR 6,000 to SAR 8,000 per month.
Workplace and employment
- Full-time, permanent role.
- Work location is in person.
