K4 Group is a Dubai-based Design & Build company specializing in luxury interior fit-out, construction, MEP, joinery, marble works, maintenance, and property services across the UAE.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate marble fabrication, installation, and site activities.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, site teams, and project managers.
- Follow up on material orders, deliveries, measurements, and installation schedules.
- Ensure marble works meet project specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor site progress and resolve coordination issues.
- Maintain project documentation and provide regular progress updates.
Requirements
- Previous experience in marble works coordination, preferably within interior fit-out or construction.
- Knowledge of marble types, finishes, measurements, and installation processes.
- Good coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate with site teams and manage project timelines.
- Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
