The role supervises decor painting projects and ensures high-quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate painters to ensure work meets quality standards.
- Plan and schedule projects and allocate resources and manpower.
- Inspect work areas and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Train and guide painting staff.
- Maintain inventory of materials and supplies.
- Communicate with clients about requirements and project progress.
- Address issues arising during the painting process.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience in decor painting within the UAE; 3 years of decor painting experience is specified as required.
- Extensive knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Strong leadership, team management, organizational, time-management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail and quality.
Compensation and employment
- Full-time, permanent position.
- Pay is AED 2,000–3,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Dubai.
