Manage a high-volume pipeline across phone, email, WhatsApp, and other digital channels while providing a personalized customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage prospective families from enquiry through enrolment and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Drive enquiry-to-application and application-to-enrolment conversion.
- Conduct consultative sales conversations, manage objections, and follow up with prospective customers.
- Work toward individual and team activity, conversion, and enrolment targets.
- Coordinate with admissions, customer experience, marketing, and leadership teams.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and use pipeline data to prioritize activity and improve performance.
What the employer is looking for
- Fluent Mandarin is essential, with excellent spoken and written English.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, account management, admissions, or relationship management.
- Strong record of achieving commercial or performance targets.
- Sales pipeline and CRM experience, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills; comfort in a fast-paced, high-volume, target-driven environment.
- Proactive, resilient, commercially minded approach; cultural awareness and confidence working with international customers.
Working pattern
- Based in Dubai, UAE; the working week may be Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday from 4 a.m. to 1 p.m., depending on operational requirements.
- International travel may be required.
