Join the Enterprise Technology team in Dubai as Head of School Solutions.
Own the centrally supported school-application portfolio and improve systems used by teachers, school leaders, and families.
Portfolio includes MIS, parent communication, timetabling, ECA management, parent-teacher conferencing, safeguarding tools, and LMS standardisation.
What you will do
- Own the School Solutions roadmap with Education teams, school leaders, and clusters.
- Simplify and standardise school systems while protecting local needs and educational outcomes.
- Lead rollouts, upgrades, and continuous improvement across multiple schools and regions.
- Drive service quality, SLAs, and incident management with clear ownership and communication.
- Manage vendor performance, licensing, and renewals.
- Lead and develop distributed specialists across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
Who Cognita is looking for
- Education-sector experience is essential, including understanding school operations, academic calendars, and school data.
- Strong stakeholder management and credible engagement with headteachers and senior education leaders.
- Technology leadership and product ownership in school MIS or education application environments.
- Experience leading teams and delivering complex multi-site rollouts.
- Strong vendor, service-management, and change/adoption skills.
- iSAMS, SchoolBox, or similar platform experience; global schools-group experience; and ITIL or Agile/project-management certification are nice to have.
Work arrangement
- Based in the Dubai office around four days a week, with flexibility across time zones.
- Some domestic and international travel to schools and offices is expected.
