Job Summary
Hausfit Technical Services LLC is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in sales within the fit-out, maintenance, MEP, construction, or technical services industry and possess strong communication and relationship-building skills.
The role involves generating new business opportunities, meeting prospective clients, preparing quotations, and supporting the company's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and site visits.
- Promote Hausfit's services including fit-out works, maintenance, MEP services, painting, deep cleaning, marble restoration, and renovations.
- Meet potential clients and understand their project requirements.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Coordinate with operations and project teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, proposals, and sales activities.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings and networking events.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in fit-out, maintenance, MEP, construction, facility management, or technical services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert opportunities into business.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Good knowledge of the UAE market is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
- UAE Driving License preferred but not mandatory.
