Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Portuguese-speaking Real Estate Agent to join our growing team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, closing property deals, and building strong relationships with Portuguese-speaking investors and buyers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to leads provided by the company
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai
- Build and maintain relationships with Portuguese-speaking clients and investors
- Conduct property viewings and presentations
- Stay up to date with market trends, pricing, and new project launches
- Negotiate deals and ensure successful closures
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Requirements
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in real estate sales is preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and ambitious
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is a plus
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
