Manager - Technology Procurement

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Lead RFI, RFQ, RFP, ITB, and direct-award procurement processes.
• Develop sourcing strategies aligned with business and category requirements.
• Manage procurement from demand planning through contract award and supplier onboarding.
• Lead technical and commercial evaluations, tender clarifications, BAFOs, and negotiations.
• Manage amendments, renewals, extensions, change requests, and claims support.
• Monitor procurement schedules and Tender Event Schedules.
• Drive cost optimization and commercial value.
• Manage supplier performance, disputes, and operational escalations.
• Review sourcing strategies, tender documentation, evaluations, and governance submissions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, contracts, or supply chain management.
• Proven experience managing complex technology procurement and strategic sourcing.
• Experience leading competitive tendering processes and contract negotiations.
• Experience managing suppliers, stakeholders, and cross-functional procurement initiatives.
• Experience in large-scale organizations, giga-projects, government entities, or highly regulated environments is preferred.
