Manage the end-to-end contractual performance of restaurant and beverage concessions for a client in Dubai.
The role is a contract position with an initial duration of 12 months.
The role focuses on hospitality operations, culinary experience, food quality, service, and safety.
Key responsibilities
- Demonstrate practical understanding of commercial contracts and corporate real estate valuation principles.
- Build concessionaire relationships and participate in required training and professional development.
- Maintain operational records and prepare reports, documentation, and business correspondence.
- Use knowledge of databases, business processes, and process-flow methodologies.
- Interpret property plans, technical specifications, descriptions, and invoices; inspect properties and assess site conditions.
- Oversee concession service-level requirements, assist with lease negotiations, renewals, and rent terms.
- Monitor customer experience, follow up on actions, create improvement plans, and track performance.
- Prepare performance and compliance reports and oversee day-to-day operations.
Knowledge, skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or another related field.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations, food safety practices, and emergency response procedures.
- Knowledge of local food-safety, health, and sanitation regulations.
- Experience implementing and monitoring quality control for consistent food quality and service.
- Proficiency with data analytics tools to evaluate sales trends, customer practices, and operational performance.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Available to join immediately.

- Contract role with an initial duration of 12 months.
