Leads continuous improvement across Noble through initiatives that streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and use technology, automation, and data to deliver measurable results.
Partners with leaders to build alignment, enable sustainable change, and strengthen operational excellence.
How you contribute
- Lead the operational excellence strategy and prioritize improvements to performance, scalability, and business value.
- Drive transformation across profit centres, distribution, transportation, and support functions.
- Simplify workflows, standardize processes, and develop scalable operating models.
- Use technology, automation, AI, and data to improve operational performance and decision-making.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with clear accountability, governance, and measurable outcomes.
- Establish KPIs and reporting, build stakeholder alignment, and champion innovation and change.
Must haves and nice to haves
- 5–8+ years of relevant professional experience, including 3+ years directly leading improvement, transformation, or process excellence initiatives.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
- PMP certification is an asset.
- Demonstrated stakeholder influence, strong execution and prioritization, and analytical problem-solving skills.
