Counter Sales Associate role at Noble's Lesmill Profit Centre, serving HVAC customers.
The position provides customer service for orders while helping maximize sales and gross profit.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct sales service and product line information in person, by telephone, and by email; ensure customer needs are satisfied.
- Enter sales orders, pull products from inventory, schedule delivery, or help buyers load orders.
- Evaluate customer needs and upsell products where appropriate to maximize sales.
- Perform other related profit centre duties to support business needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of customer service experience.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal customer service and communication skills.
- Able to safely lift upwards of 50 pounds.
Compensation
- Target annual salary range is $40,000 to $55,000.
