Role overview

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to customer shops and job sites; load, secure, transport and unload them safely.
• Check orders and delivery paperwork, then return completed paperwork to the branch.
• Pick up customer returns and vendor purchase orders as assigned.
• Inspect the vehicle, carry required documentation, and keep the truck clean and ready.
• Assist with order picking, shipping, receiving and other warehouse work; operate material-handling equipment when trained and authorized.
• Provide dependable, professional service to customers and work with the branch team.

Required qualifications

• Valid DZ licence and clean driving record/abstract.
• At least three years of commercial driving experience, including loading and unloading.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lb.
• Dependable, safety-minded approach and clear communication with customers and teammates.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering plumbing, industrial or construction materials.
• Boom truck experience; training is available.
• Forklift and/or CombiLift experience.
• Familiarity with plumbing and HVAC products.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, with AM and PM shifts available.
