Manager – Audit, Risk Advisory - Healthcare
Location: Dubai
Responsibilities
- Oversee key engagements and support the broader Risk Advisory practice in UAE.
- Assist in managing the financial aspects of engagements by organizing staffing, tracking fees and communicating issues to project leaders.
- Participate in business development initiatives.
- Build strong internal relationships within the Risk Advisory Services Division and across other Service Divisions.
Experience required
- Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in a similar profile.
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or equivalent.
- Must possess a relevant professional certification (CIA, CPA, CA, ACCA, CRMA).
- Strong technical knowledge of the IIA’s Global Internal Audit Standards, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks (COSO, ISO 31000), and Internal Control Frameworks
- Minimum 8 – 10+ years’ experience across multiple risk advisory services such as Internal Audit, Enterprise Risk Management, Policies and Procedures development, Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICOFR), External Quality Assessment and Compliance Management.
- Knowledge of local regulations (ADAA, CMA / SCA, CBUAE, DFSA, ADGM FSRA) is preferred
- Data Analytics and hands-on experience using technology / data analysis tools on audit and advisory projects
- 2 - 3+ years of managerial experience in leading people and strategies.
- Prior consulting experience including leading audit and advisory projects across multiple business areas
- Experience across Healthcare industry specially Clinics and Hospitals is a mandatory requirement and preferably in the UAE.
- Managing relationships with, and presenting reports to, senior management and executive management.
