Manager - Business Finance

Role overview

Business finance and commercial partnering

• Partner with business and commercial leaders to drive revenue, profitability, and corrective actions.
• Provide financial insights for business decisions and monitor performance against budgets, targets, and business plans.
• Drive garment costing across fabric, trims, processing, stitching, labour, overheads, logistics, and other costs.
• Evaluate product-, customer-, and order-level profitability and support pricing negotiations.
• Prepare monthly MIS, dashboards, and reports for revenue, gross margin, contribution, EBITDA, working capital, and KPIs.
• Drive annual budgets, periodic forecasts, business projections, long-term planning, and scenario analysis.
• Monitor costs, inventory, receivables, payables, and cash conversion to improve profitability and inventory efficiency.
• Develop financial models and conduct ROI, profitability, break-even, and sensitivity analysis.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for strategic initiatives and expansion projects.

Candidate profile

• 0–1 years of relevant business finance, commercial finance, or FP&A experience.
• Strong understanding of garment costing, product costing, pricing, and margin analysis.
• Experience partnering with sales, merchandising, sourcing, and operations teams.
• Strong analytical, commercial, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel and financial-modelling proficiency.
• CA, CMA, or MBA Finance is preferred.
• ERP or MIS systems experience is preferred.
