Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and onboarding, day-to-day HR operations, and employee-related matters.
- Process monthly payroll, final settlements, and HR documentation.
- Monitor attendance and maintain Gulf-country attendance records.
- Prepare plant duty rosters and shift schedules.
- Handle visa processing and employee documentation.
- Support performance appraisals and other HR activities.
- Prepare HR and MIS reports for management and Board presentations.
- Prepare bank letters, warning letters, increment letters, termination letters, and related documents.
- Manage employee leave records and respond to employee queries.
- Manage staff accommodation, office administration, and plant administration.
- Ensure HR practices comply with UAE Labour Laws and maintain accurate employee records.
Compensation
- Pay is listed as AED 4,000–8,000 per month.

- Work location is in person in Dubai.
