Fixen Technical Services L.L.C. is hiring a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor in Dubai, UAE.
The supervisor will lead technicians, coordinate site operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure high-quality building maintenance service.
The position requires practical site involvement and is not office-only.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily maintenance across residential and commercial sites; plan and assign jobs based on requests, site needs, and priorities.
- Manage calls, inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance schedules; respond to emergency requests and coordinate multiple sites when needed.
- Monitor attendance, manpower, tools, materials, and work progress; ensure technicians complete assigned jobs efficiently and on time.
- Provide practical guidance for HVAC/AC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance; troubleshoot issues and ensure corrective action.
- Inspect completed work for quality, safety, and company-standard compliance; ensure adherence to HSE requirements and work procedures.
- Coordinate with clients, management, engineers, and site teams; prepare job updates, daily and inspection reports, and maintenance documentation.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant UAE experience in building maintenance and technical supervision.
- Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
- Strong practical knowledge of HVAC/AC, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
- Proven experience supervising technicians and coordinating maintenance operations.
- Troubleshooting, technical assessment, problem-solving, leadership, communication, planning, and reporting abilities.
- Ability to manage manpower, materials, and multiple sites; work independently and make practical on-site decisions.
- Candidates currently available in Dubai/UAE are preferred.
