The role involves working independently, maintaining workmanship standards, and following company safety procedures.
Workplace
- Work is in person at different project locations across Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Fabricate, install, maintain, and repair aluminium work and structures.
- Install and repair aluminium doors, windows, frames, partitions, and related structures.
- Install or replace glass and complete associated aluminium work.
- Measure, cut, assemble, and fit materials to project specifications.
- Fit and adjust hinges, locks, handles, rollers, and other accessories.
- Interpret technical drawings, measurements, and specifications.
- Troubleshoot doors, windows, and fitting issues; ensure alignment, finishing, sealing, and quality.
- Maintain tools and materials, coordinate project schedules, follow safety procedures, and keep sites clean.
Requirements and qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in aluminium fabrication, installation, or maintenance; UAE experience is preferred.
- Practical knowledge of aluminium doors, windows, glass partitions, fittings, profiles, and installation techniques.
- Experience cutting, assembling, installing, and repairing aluminium; able to measure accurately and work independently.
- Able to troubleshoot, use fabrication tools safely, and communicate in basic English.
- Willing to work at project locations across Dubai; immediate joiners are preferred.
