Experienced Maintenance Coordinator sought for ELV systems, particularly MOI-SSD CCTV maintenance in Qatar.
Responsibilities
- Receive, register, and coordinate customer maintenance complaints and service requests.
- Schedule technicians for preventive and corrective work, manage AMC schedules, and track completion.
- Coordinate maintenance for MOI-SSD CCTV, access control, intercom, networking, and other ELV systems.
- Maintain MOI CCTV records, service reports, customer acknowledgments, schedules, complaints, and ERP job statuses.
- Coordinate with customers, technicians, engineers, sales, project, purchasing, and inventory teams.
- Monitor AMC expiry dates and coordinate renewals, spare parts, materials, and warranty complaints.
- Prepare daily and monthly maintenance reports for management.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of maintenance or service coordination experience in the ELV/CCTV industry.
- Good understanding of CCTV, access control, intercom, and other ELV systems.
- Familiarity with MOI CCTV maintenance requirements and documentation.
- Experience managing AMC contracts, preventive maintenance schedules, and customer complaints.
- Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills; ability to manage multiple technicians, customers, and schedules.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook, and ERP systems; good written and spoken English.
Preferred experience
- Previous MOI-SSD CCTV maintenance experience in Qatar is strongly preferred.
- Experience in an ELV maintenance department in Qatar is an added advantage.
- The preferred candidate is familiar with operations at an MOI-SSD-approved CCTV company and can coordinate independently.
Pay
- Pay starts at QAR 3,000 per month.
