Machine Tool Service Technician

Prepare new machines for customer shipment.

Uncrate, assemble, power up, and perform complete inspections and operational testing.

Complete written inspection and service reports.

Install machinery and assist with machine startups.

Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repairs on customer equipment.

Provide technical support to customers over the phone and during on-site service visits.

Conduct machine demonstrations and operator training for customers.

Document service work, repairs, and maintenance activities accurately.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

1+ years of industrial machine installation, maintenance, or repair experience preferred.

Hands-on experience with machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, saws, grinders, press brakes, shears, or other fabrication equipment.

Strong mechanical aptitude.

Working knowledge of industrial electrical systems, including 3-phase power.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to read blueprints, mechanical drawings, and electrical schematics.

Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
