Overview
- Operate PET bottling and packaging machinery in accordance with approved SOPs to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted production.
- Perform routine machine inspections, basic troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns and downtime.
- Achieve and sustain targeted
Line Efficiency (Le)
and
Overall Equipment Effectiveness (Oee)
- levels.
- Execute machine changeovers accurately and within defined timelines.
- Carry out
- CIP/COP cleaning
- activities as per hygiene and safety standards.
- Monitor and control
Raw Material & Packaging Material (Rmpm)
- usage, yield, and wastage.
- Conduct in-process quality checks and ensure adherence to
- CCP monitoring
- requirements.
- Strictly follow
- GMP, HACCP, and 5S practices
- to maintain product quality and food safety standards.
- Identify, report, and escalate any product quality or machine-related issues immediately.
- Ensure all production activities meet defined quality specifications and compliance standards.
- Maintain excellent housekeeping and workplace organization in line with
Hsse
- guidelines.
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
