About This Role
Operate PET bottling and packaging machinery in accordance with approved SOPs to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted production.
Perform routine machine inspections, basic troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns and downtime.
Achieve and sustain targeted Line Efficiency (LE) and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) levels.
Execute machine changeovers accurately and within defined timelines.
Carry out CIP/COP cleaning activities as per hygiene and safety standards.
Monitor and control Raw Material & Packaging Material (RMPM) usage, yield, and wastage.
Conduct in-process quality checks and ensure adherence to CCP monitoring requirements.
Strictly follow GMP, HACCP, and 5S practices to maintain product quality and food safety standards.
Identify, report, and escalate any product quality or machine-related issues immediately.
Ensure all production activities meet defined quality specifications and compliance standards.
Maintain excellent housekeeping and workplace organization in line with HSSE guidelines.
Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
