Role Description
This full-time, on-site role as a Luxury Real Estate Executive is based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
The role involves prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, and advising clients on luxury residential and commercial properties.
Responsibilities include managing the full sales and leasing cycle, from initial consultation and property matching to negotiation, documentation support, and closing.
The Executive will maintain up-to-date property listings, coordinate with internal teams (marketing, listing, leasing, and mortgage), and support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and market reports.
The role also includes building strong client relationships, staying informed on market trends, and representing PSI professionally at meetings, events, and site visits.
Qualifications
- Basic to intermediate Finance skills to discuss pricing, payment plans, return on investment, and other financial aspects with clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship-building skills, with a service-oriented and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple leads and tasks, and maintain accurate records using CRM and property listing tools.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, such as Arabic, are an advantage).
- Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer-focused roles is preferred; motivated freshers with strong interpersonal skills are also encouraged to apply.
