Role Description

The Luxury Off-Plan Client Advisor will focus on advising clients on premium off-plan properties, serving Arabic-, Belgian-, Italian-, and Spanish-speaking clients in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.

This full-time, on-site role involves managing client inquiries, presenting luxury off-plan projects, conducting property tours, and providing tailored investment advice.

The advisor will maintain accurate records of client interactions, prepare proposals, and support the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing, ensuring a seamless and high-quality client experience.

Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, staying up to date with market trends and developer offerings, and delivering professional guidance that aligns with PSI’s standards.

The role requires proactive engagement with prospects, follow-up on leads, and consistent achievement of sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction skills to build trust and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to handle multilingual clients and deliver a premium experience.
  • Understanding of Insurance or related financial products to support clients in mitigating risk on property investments.
  • Prior experience in luxury real estate, off-plan sales, or high-end client advisory is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in Arabic and at least one of Belgian (Dutch/Flemish), Italian, or Spanish; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Solid knowledge of the UAE real estate market, particularly Abu Dhabi and Dubai, and familiarity with major developers.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills, with a results-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software for managing client data and reporting.
  • Ability to work on-site, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, finance, or a related field is preferred.
