Security and emergency response
- Patrol property areas, secure rooms, assist guests with room access, and control and document access to secured areas.
- Conduct emergency drills, daily safety inspections, investigations, interviews, and key-control audits.
- Monitor CCTV and alarm systems; address hazards and disturbances according to company procedures.
- Assist during emergencies, respond to accidents, contact EMS, and administer first aid or CPR as required.
- Escort unwelcome persons, handle complaints, follow emergency codes, and ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage control laws.
Reporting and team support
- Gather information and complete reports; maintain confidentiality and share records only with authorized individuals.
- Assist management with employee training, motivation, and coaching; model fair treatment and professional conduct.
- Follow company policies, report accidents and unsafe conditions, complete safety training, and protect company assets.
- Welcome guests, address service needs, communicate professionally, and maintain positive working relationships.
Preferred qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- At least 2 years of related work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience are preferred.
- No license or certification is listed; the posting notes that some jurisdictions may impose licensing or registration requirements.
- The role involves mobility through varied property areas and lifting up to 50 pounds without assistance or over 75 pounds with assistance.
