Full-time, non-management Loss Prevention & Security position based at a Marriott property in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Security and emergency response
- Patrol property areas, secure rooms, and assist guests with room access.
- Conduct emergency drills, safety inspections, investigations, interviews, and key-control audits.
- Monitor CCTV and alarm systems; document and control access to secured areas.
- Respond to accidents, emergencies, hazards, and disturbances; assist people, contact emergency medical services, or provide first aid or CPR as required.
- Gather information and complete reports; preserve confidentiality and share information only with authorized individuals.
- Escort unwelcome persons, handle complaints, and use appropriate emergency response codes.
Service and workplace duties
- Follow company policies, protect assets, report injuries and unsafe conditions, and ensure quality and safety standards.
- Assist with employee training and coaching and serve as a role model and point of contact for fair-treatment concerns.
- Welcome guests, address service needs, communicate professionally, and maintain positive working relationships.
- Prepare and review documents, answer telephones appropriately, and use computers or point-of-sale systems to find and enter work information.
- Perform other reasonable duties requested by supervisors.
Preferred qualifications
- At least 2 years of related work experience is preferred.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience is preferred.
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Some jurisdictions may require additional licensing or registration.
Physical demands
- The position involves extended standing, sitting, or walking; responding at speed; lifting and carrying; and moving through stairs, narrow spaces, and uneven or slippery areas.
