Join Hilti's Sub-Region Gulf Logistics team to support reliable, efficient, customer-focused supply chain operations.
The role may span logistics operations, warehouse and transport performance, import/export coordination, data and reporting, supplier management, customer service, and improvement projects.

What you'll do
- Support warehouse, transport, inventory, import/export, reverse-logistics, and order-fulfilment activities.
- Coordinate with 3PL providers, freight forwarders, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Monitor shipments, transactions, documentation, and system data; follow up on exceptions and open actions.
- Track service, quality, productivity, inventory, and cost indicators and support corrective actions.
- Work cross-functionally with Customer Service, Sales, Materials Management, Finance, and other teams.
- Support Lean improvement, digitalization, reporting, and data-analysis initiatives.
- Own assigned topics and communicate progress, risks, and priorities.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate or up to two years of relevant experience in logistics, operations, analytics, customer service, projects, or process improvement.
- Good Excel and PowerPoint skills; SAP or other ERP exposure is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, interest in data, organization, and proactive management of priorities.
- Strong English communication skills and willingness to learn, take ownership, and grow.
