The specialist supports healthy cash flow by managing, reconciling, and collecting customer accounts on time.
The role works with customers, Sales, and Finance to manage credit and customer relationships while minimizing commercial risk.
What you'll do
- Reconcile customer accounts and respond to invoice and outstanding-balance inquiries.
- Review credit applications and assess customer credit eligibility.
- Support credit and collection policy implementation and monitor customer credit exposure.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and customers to resolve payment matters; negotiate payment plans and support timely collections.
- Monitor payment trends and identify credit risks.
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency; follow internal controls and risk management guidelines.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections, Banking, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment and eagerness to develop a long-term Finance career.
