What you'll do
- Lead and coach the S4C Logistics Competence Centre team and market deployment community.
- Own rollout roadmap, priorities, resources, goals, and success measures.
- Represent logistics in programme governance and drive timely decisions and issue resolution.
- Align the global template with business requirements across programme, IT, key-user, and market teams.
- Assess readiness across processes, organization, data, integrations, testing, training, cutover, and continuity.
- Manage local deviations through agreed design and approval governance.
- Drive process design, testing, data validation, user acceptance, training, cutover, and go-live readiness.
- Manage risks and continuity measures; lead cutover and go-live support through stabilization and operational handover.
- Monitor adoption, compliance, data quality, performance, and value realization; initiate corrective actions.
- Build a key-user and subject-matter-expert network and report progress, risks, milestones, decisions, and outcomes.
Experience and expertise
- Strong end-to-end logistics and supply-chain expertise and understanding of SAP S/4HANA logistics processes.
- Proven leadership of complex business transformations, system implementations, or multi-market programmes.
- Strong project/programme, change-management, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
- Able to translate business needs into standardized processes while balancing global and local requirements.
- Strong communication, influence, coaching, and stakeholder-alignment skills.
- Comfortable in international cross-functional settings and managing ambiguity and competing priorities.
Qualifications
- University degree in a technical or business-related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience leading teams and/or complex cross-functional projects.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Understands interdependencies across Logistics, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, Customer Service, and IT.
