- Plan, organize, and manage all warehouse and logistics operations.
- Ensure efficient utilization of storage space and warehouse capacity.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
- Manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
- Develop and implement logistics policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Optimize warehouse layout to improve storage efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor transportation schedules and coordinate with suppliers and customers.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company regulations.
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse and logistics staff.
- Prepare logistics and inventory reports for management.
- Control logistics and warehouse operating costs.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues.
- Implement warehouse management systems (WMS) and process improvements.
- Coordinate annual stock counts and inventory audits.
Required Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or storage space management.
- Experience managing large warehouse operations and storage facilities.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management systems.
- Experience in transportation and distribution planning.
- Ability to manage teams and achieve operational targets.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience in building materials, retail, FMCG, or storage service industries is an advantage.
