Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally in the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable ceramic tiles, sanitaryware, and related products.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and follow up with customers for closing sales.
- Maintain strong knowledge of ceramic products, sizes, designs, brands, and pricing.
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams for product availability and dispatch.
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by the management.
- Maintain proper showroom display, cleanliness, and product arrangement.
- Build and maintain good relationships with contractors, interior designers, and retail customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
- Update customers about new arrivals, promotions, and special offers.
- Prepare daily sales reports and customer follow-up records.
- Ensure proper coordination with purchase and accounts departments when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in ceramics, tiles, sanitaryware, or building materials showroom sales.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Knowledge of ceramic tiles, brands, measurements, and applications.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.
- Basic computer knowledge for billing and quotations.
- Fluency in English; Hindi/Arabic is an advantage.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
