About This Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally in the showroom.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable ceramic tiles, sanitaryware, and related products.
  • Prepare quotations, sales orders, and follow up with customers for closing sales.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of ceramic products, sizes, designs, brands, and pricing.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams for product availability and dispatch.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets set by the management.
  • Maintain proper showroom display, cleanliness, and product arrangement.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with contractors, interior designers, and retail customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
  • Update customers about new arrivals, promotions, and special offers.
  • Prepare daily sales reports and customer follow-up records.
  • Ensure proper coordination with purchase and accounts departments when required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in ceramics, tiles, sanitaryware, or building materials showroom sales.
  • Good communication and customer handling skills.
  • Knowledge of ceramic tiles, brands, measurements, and applications.
  • Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.
  • Basic computer knowledge for billing and quotations.
  • Fluency in English; Hindi/Arabic is an advantage.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
