- Monitor fleet utilization, maintenance schedules, and operational readiness.
- Ensure timely mobilization of manpower, materials, and equipment to project sites.
- Develop logistics plans and transportation strategies to support project execution.
- Monitor fuel consumption, fleet costs, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Projects, Maintenance, and Operations teams.
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards, UAE regulations, and company policies.
- Manage fleet documentation, registrations, permits, and insurance requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and cost efficiency.
Requirements
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
✔ Minimum 8 years of experience in logistics, fleet, or transportation management.
✔ At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role.
✔ Strong experience within construction, infrastructure, transportation, or heavy equipment industries.
✔ Excellent knowledge of fleet management systems and logistics operations.
✔ Strong leadership, planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
✔ UAE experience is highly preferred.
