Logistics & Warehouse Executive
Manage warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics planning, and process improvement while ensuring compliance and customer support with strong attention to detail.

Warehouse Operations
- Manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, stock movement, and dispatch of flooring materials.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of products to prevent damage and maintain quality standards.
- Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Supervise loading and unloading activities and ensure timely execution.
Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Conduct regular stock counts and periodic inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to ensure adequate stock availability.
Logistics & Transportation
- Plan and coordinate deliveries to customers, project sites, and branches.
- Liaise with transport providers and drivers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues.
- Optimize delivery schedules and vehicle utilization.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain delivery notes, goods receipt notes, stock transfer records, and other logistics documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and UAE regulations.
- Generate regular reports on inventory status, deliveries, stock movements, and warehouse performance.
Coordination & Customer Support
- Coordinate with sales, procurement, accounts, and operations teams for smooth order fulfillment.
- Handle customer delivery inquiries and resolve logistics-related concerns.
- Support project teams by ensuring materials are delivered as per project schedules.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and logistics processes.
- Implement best practices to reduce operational costs and improve service levels.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.
