About This Role

Zahr Freighters is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to join our operations team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a professional who can efficiently manage shipment processes, coordinate logistics activities, and ensure timely delivery of goods in a fast-paced freight and logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage daily logistics and transportation activities.
• Plan and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and delivery notes.
• Communicate with clients, suppliers, and transport partners.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams.
• Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations.
• Resolve logistics issues and delays efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and logistics operations.
• Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics or freight operations.
• Strong knowledge of shipping procedures and documentation.
• Familiarity with logistics software and MS Office tools.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
