Senior Logistics Executive / Logistics Assistant

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive professional to join our logistics team as either a Senior Logistics Executive or Logistics Assistant, depending on experience. The selected candidate will support and manage day-to-day logistics operations, including local customs clearance and coordination through the Dubai Trade Portal. The role requires a strong understanding of supply chain processes, UAE customs regulations, and the ability to handle both operational and coordination responsibilities effectively. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate, monitor, and track incoming and outgoing shipments. Manage and execute local customs clearance procedures in compliance with UAE regulations. Prepare, review, and process documentation via the Dubai Trade Portal, including: Bill of Entry Delivery Orders Duty payments Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping lines, and port authorities. Maintain accurate records of shipments, customs documentation, and inventory. Plan and support delivery schedules and logistics operations. Drive company vehicle for delivery, documentation handling, or site visits when required. Support warehouse operations including loading/unloading and stock verification. For senior-level candidates: oversee logistics processes, identify improvements, and support team coordination.
