Logistics Assistant / Logistics Executive
About This Role
We are looking for a reliable and organized Logistics Assistant / Logistics Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily logistics and order fulfillment operations to ensure orders are packed correctly, collected on time, and prepared for smooth delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pack customer orders carefully and professionally
- Make sure all orders are checked before dispatch
- Ensure products are packed safely to avoid damage during delivery
- Coordinate and collect items from suppliers when needed
- Organize incoming and outgoing stock
- Prepare orders for delivery in an accurate and timely manner
- Follow packing, handling, and logistics procedures properly
- Communicate with suppliers and internal team regarding order readiness
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing and storage area
- Support the team with other logistics and warehouse-related tasks as required
Requirements:
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational skills
- Responsible, punctual, and hardworking
- Ability to coordinate with suppliers and team members effectively
- Basic understanding of stock handling and delivery preparation is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
