Logistics Executive

About This Role

Zahr Freighters is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to join our operations team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a professional who can efficiently manage shipment processes, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of goods within a fast-paced freight and logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments from origin to destination.
• Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transport providers to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare shipping documents including invoices, packing lists, and delivery notes.
• Track shipments and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations and documentation requirements.
• Resolve shipment delays, discrepancies, and logistics-related issues.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams for loading, unloading, and storage activities.
• Maintain accurate records of logistics operations and transactions.
• Prepare logistics reports and performance summaries for management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and shipping documentation.
• Familiarity with UAE customs regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management systems.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
