About This Role

Zapegg Tax Consultant is seeking a proactive and well-organized Logistics Executive to support our operational and administrative logistics in Dubai. This role is ideal for a professional who can efficiently manage document movement, coordinate courier services, and ensure smooth logistics processes within a structured consultancy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the dispatch and collection of important documents between clients, government offices, and company departments.
• Manage courier services and ensure timely delivery of confidential files.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing documents.
• Track deliveries and follow up to ensure successful completion.
• Coordinate with internal departments for logistics and document handling needs.
• Monitor office supplies and assist in procurement coordination.
• Prepare logistics reports and maintain tracking systems.
• Ensure safe handling and confidentiality of sensitive documents.
• Support administrative operations when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics, operations, or administrative coordination.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Familiarity with courier management and tracking systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
