Logistics Executive

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics and moving operations according to customer requirements and schedules.
• Plan and monitor pickup, packing, loading, transportation, and delivery activities.
• Coordinate with drivers, movers, warehouse staff, supervisors, customers, and third-party providers.
• Prepare schedules, assign resources, track vehicles, and monitor delivery movements.
• Communicate pickup times, delivery schedules, and service requirements to customers.
• Maintain records of shipments, moving jobs, deliveries, vehicle activity, and transportation operations.
• Prepare and verify delivery notes, job sheets, invoices, and other logistics documents.
• Coordinate warehouse receiving, storage, packing, and dispatch requirements.
• Follow up on delays, schedule changes, customer requests, damaged goods, missing items, and discrepancies.
• Maintain logistics trackers and reports, support route planning, resolve complaints, and follow company and UAE requirements.

Requirements

• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, moving services, freight, or warehouse operations.
• Good understanding of logistics coordination and delivery processes.
• Familiarity with Dubai transportation and moving operations is advantageous.
• A bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, email, and basic logistics software.
• Strong communication, customer coordination, organization, time management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple schedules and tasks under pressure.
• Ability to work effectively with drivers, movers, warehouse teams, customers, and vendors.
