Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily deliveries, collections, and transportation; plan and monitor delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with drivers, production, warehouse, and project teams.
- Prepare delivery documents, maintain logistics records, and follow up on delivery status to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate loading and unloading of materials and finished products; monitor vehicle and driver schedules.
- Handle logistics-related issues and coordinate solutions; maintain records of deliveries, trips, and related documents.
Requirements
- At least 1–2 years of experience in logistics or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of Dubai/UAE routes and logistics operations.
- Good communication and coordination skills; knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred experience
- Experience in manufacturing, signage, joinery, fit-out, or related industries is preferred.
- UAE/Dubai experience is preferred, but candidates from outside the UAE may also apply.
Pay
- AED 4,000–5,000 per month.
