The employer is hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor for a factory and office in Dubai Production City.

Responsibilities
- Supervise in-house and outsourced cleaners.
- Prepare and follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules.
- Keep indoor and outdoor toilets and washrooms clean and stocked.
- Keep factory buildings and outdoor areas clean and tidy.
- Monitor cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment.
- Support waste segregation, pest control, and HSE requirements.
- Maintain inspection records and support audits.
- Report cleaning performance to management.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in housekeeping or cleaning supervision, preferably in a factory.
- Experience managing in-house and contract staff.
- Knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals, and basic safety practices.
- Good organizing and communication skills in English.
Pay
- AED 2,500 to AED 3,000 per month.
