Junior Finance Executive role supporting the Finance team.
The position is based in Dubai within a manufacturing, signage, joinery, and fit-out business.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounting and finance activities.
- Prepare invoices, payment requests, and basic financial records.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Record and maintain financial transactions.
- Assist with bank and account reconciliations.
- Maintain proper filing of finance documents.
- Support the Finance team with reports and other assigned tasks.
Requirements
- One to two years of experience in finance or accounting.
- Junior-level role.
- UAE or Dubai experience is preferred, but candidates from outside the UAE may apply.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of accounting software is an advantage.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop in a finance role.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,000–AED 4,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
