Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced **Logistic Engineer** with **5+ years of experience** in infrastructure projects, preferably in **tunneling works**.
The role involves planning, coordinating, and optimizing all logistics operations to support smooth project execution, ensuring timely delivery of materials, equipment, and resources to site.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage end-to-end logistics operations for **tunneling projects**
- Coordinate transportation, storage, and distribution of materials and heavy equipment
- Develop logistics plans aligned with project schedules and site requirements
- Ensure timely delivery of TBM components, construction materials, and consumables
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams for efficient material flow
- Monitor inventory levels and manage warehouse operations
- Optimize logistics costs while maintaining efficiency and compliance
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, HSE standards, and project requirements
- Support site teams in resolving logistics challenges and constraints
- Prepare logistics reports, tracking sheets, and performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum **5+ years of experience** in logistics within **construction/infrastructure projects**
- Prior experience in **tunneling or large-scale infrastructure projects** is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of logistics planning, transport management, and material handling
- Proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems, and MS Office tools
- Good knowledge of UAE transport regulations and site logistics planning
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling **heavy equipment logistics (TBM, cranes, etc.)**
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure project environments
- Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
- Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
