About Psi
Property Shop Investment (PSI), established in 2007, is one of the UAE's leading real estate companies headquartered in Abu Dhabi.
We specialize in property brokerage, investment advisory, property management, and real estate marketing, with a strong presence across the UAE and international offices worldwide.
We are currently looking for motivated and results-driven **Listing Agents / Secondary Market Property Consultants** to join our growing Abu Dhabi team.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and acquire property listings from landlords and property owners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and clients
- Market properties through leading property portals and company channels
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers
- Manage property transactions from listing to closing
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline using the CRM system
- Deliver exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets
Requirements
- Previous experience in the UAE real estate industry is preferred
- Experience in listing acquisition or secondary market sales is highly desirable
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Sales-driven, self-motivated, and target-oriented
- Experience using CRM systems and property portals
- Fluent in English and Arabic ; additional languages are an advantage
Preferred Background
Candidates with experience in Real Estate, Banking, Insurance, Automotive, Hospitality, Luxury Retail, or Business Development are encouraged to apply provided they have CRM Experience
Additional languages such as **Arabic, Russian, Chinese, French, German, Spanish, or Italian** will be considered an advantage.
