Customer Resale/Listing Agent (Arabic Speakers)

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Source and secure exclusive and non-exclusive resale property listings.
• Actively market and sell secondary (resale) properties to prospective buyers.
• Generate leads through calls, referrals, networking, and company databases.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, investors, and landlords.
• Conduct property inspections and collect accurate property details, photos, and required documentation.
• Prepare, verify, and maintain property listings across CRM systems and major property portals.
• Promote listed properties through company marketing channels and conduct property viewings.
• Qualify buyers, understand their requirements, and match them with suitable resale properties.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful sales.
• Guide clients throughout the entire resale transaction, from listing to closing.
• Follow up with property owners regarding pricing, availability, renewals, and listing updates.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth documentation and transfer processes.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, listings, and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
• Achieve monthly listing, sales, and revenue targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Minimum **1–2 years of experience** in **Real Estate, Property Management, Resale Sales, or Listing Operations**.
• Proven experience in listing and selling secondary market properties is highly preferred.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages are an added advantage.
