PSI offers a wide range of real estate services, including property brokerage, investment advisory, property appraisal, and property and facility management.
It has a team of sales, listing, leasing, marketing, business development, and contact center professionals.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a CRM and Customer Service Executive at Property Shop Investment LLC located in Abu Dhabi.
The CRM and Customer Service Executive will be responsible for managing customer satisfaction, customer service, customer support, and analytical skills.
The executive will also be responsible for effective communication with the customers and internal departments of the company.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer satisfaction, customer support, and customer service management
- Analytical skills to identify issues and proactively solve problems
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal departments of the company
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Fluency in English, both written and oral, is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
