Create a memorable and distinctive experience for bar guests.
Serve as a host of the space, with responsibility for guest service beyond the bar.
Responsibilities
- Prepare drinks and stay aware of trends, local offerings, and guests’ evolving needs.
- Maintain the bar’s appearance and effective operation.
- Build relationships across the hotel and in the community to anticipate guest needs.
- Handle money carefully, give guests accurate information, and maintain drink quality.
- Follow company policies, protect assets and confidential information, and help maintain a safe workplace.
- Maintain a professional appearance and perform other reasonable duties as requested.
Preferred qualifications
- A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
- At least one year of related work experience is preferred.
- No supervisory experience or license or certification is specified.
- The work involves extended periods standing, sitting, or walking and physical tasks, including moving objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance.
