Overview
We are seeking a responsible and vigilant Female Lifeguard to ensure the safety and well-being of guests and swimmers at our swimming pool, water facility, or recreational center.
The ideal candidate will monitor aquatic activities, enforce safety rules, respond to emergencies, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise swimmers and pool users to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Enforce pool rules, safety regulations, and facility policies.
- Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies, rescues, and first aid situations.
- Perform water rescues and administer CPR/AED when necessary.
- Monitor pool conditions and report hazards or maintenance issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of poolside areas and rescue equipment.
- Conduct opening and closing safety inspections of the facility.
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Keep accurate records of incidents, accidents, and daily activities.
- Participate in regular training, drills, and safety meetings.
& Requirements
- Valid Lifeguard Certification from a recognized organization.
- Current CPR, First Aid, and AED certification.
- Strong swimming skills and physical fitness.
- Ability to remain alert and focused for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous lifeguarding experience is preferred.
- Pay: QAR1,400.00 - QAR1,800.00 per month
