Shisha Attendant

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, assemble, and serve shisha according to company standards and guest preferences.
• Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of shisha equipment and accessories.
• Replace charcoal and monitor shisha quality during guest service.
• Explain available shisha flavors and make recommendations to guests.
• Ensure all shisha products are prepared hygienically and safely.
• Monitor stock levels of shisha flavors, charcoal, and related supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shisha preparation area and lounge.
• Provide friendly, professional, and attentive customer service at all times.
• Handle guest concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
• Follow health, safety, and company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with waiters and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with opening and closing duties of the lounge or restaurant.

& Requirements

• Previous experience as a Shisha Attendant or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
• Good knowledge of shisha preparation and handling procedures.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Well-groomed appearance and professional attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic understanding of hygiene and safety standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in restaurants, cafés, lounges, or hotel operations.
• Knowledge of different shisha flavors and preparation methods.
• Arabic and English communication skills are an advantage.
• Pay: QAR1,850.00 - QAR2,000.00 per month
