Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer & Video Editor role based at Ishtar Hospitality in Doha, Qatar.
The role involves designing digital and print assets such as social media creatives, promotional flyers, in-house signage, menus, and presentations aligned with the hotel’s and outlets' brand identity.
The Graphic Designer & Video Editor will conceptualize and produce video content, including editing, motion graphics, and basic sound design for marketing campaigns, social channels, and in-house screens.
Daily tasks include collaborating with marketing to support promotions, events, and brand storytelling, while ensuring timely delivery of creative materials.
The role also includes maintaining an organized asset library, preparing files for production, and ensuring visual consistency across all guest-facing and internal communication materials.
Qualifications
- Strong visual design skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a solid portfolio with creative work.
- The candidate must write and speak Arabic.
- Brand-focused capabilities in Logo Design and Brand Guidelines.
- Proficiency in Typography, with a keen eye for layout, readability, and visual hierarchy in both print and digital formats.
- Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign. (Must)
- Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve. (Must)
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to interpret briefs, take feedback constructively, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in hospitality, travel, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
