The Lifeguard oversees guest safety and well-being at the pool and beach areas.
Responsibilities
- Enforce safety regulations and respond quickly and effectively to aquatic emergencies.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned areas to support quality and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven lifeguard experience is sought; luxury hotel or resort experience is preferred.
- Current lifeguard certification and up-to-date knowledge of CPR and first aid are requested.
- Strong swimming skills, including the ability to swim long distances if needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a team and maintain a professional appearance.
