Responsibilities
- Manage and delegate daily duties for the food and beverage team.
- Maintain food and beverage equipment, facilities, and stock levels.
- Manage standards in line with responsible business practices.
- Work with finance to set, monitor, and refine budgets and drive revenue.
- Oversee multiple teams, kitchens, and food outlets with capacity for 500 people.
Requirements
- Some college education and/or advanced training in food and beverage management.
- Two years of related experience, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must speak the local language.
- Alcohol awareness certification and/or a food service permit or valid health/food handler card, as required by local law.
Preferred qualification
- A bachelor's degree or higher qualification in hotel management, culinary arts, or a related field is preferred.
